Return Policy
At Tampa Laptop, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase. (a) Stop Payment Prohibition – The customer agrees not to stop payment or initiate a chargeback related to this Purchase at any time. If such occurs, that will be a direct violation of the Agreement, and all charges
associated with that action will be liable to the customer, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and bank charges.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Smartwatches (Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch) – fitness tracking, health monitoring, notifications.
- Fitness Bands (Fitbit, Garmin) – step counting, sleep tracking, heart-rate monitoring.
- Smart Glasses (Ray-Ban Meta, Google Glass) – augmented reality, hands-free calls, real-time data.
- Smart Clothing – shirts, jackets, or shoes with built-in sensors to track movement, posture, or biometrics.
- Medical Wearables (continuous glucose monitors, ECG patches) – monitor chronic conditions in real-time.
- Hearables (wireless earbuds with smart features) – translate languages, track health, assist with accessibility.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
3. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Sales@tampalaptop.com
or by calling (813) 756 – 4171 Option 4 . Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details. Our team will guide you through the return process. (a) The issue should be noted with us first then if we can’t resolve then, we will escalate to the Manufacturer.
4. Return Shipping:
Return shipping is FREE but a customer maybe charged a restocking fee.
5. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All returns are subject to our approval and a 25% restocking fee may apply.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
6. Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide assistance with any price adjustments.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
8. Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 25% may apply to certain returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
9. Changes to the Return Policy:
Tampa Laptop reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
