The customer expressly agrees that it is solely responsible for obtaining all consents necessary by law, rule, or regulation to send Message to End Users. Further, Customer expressly agrees that it shall not rely on, and Company shall not be liable for, any guidance, statements, or approvals provided by Company concerning consent, opt-outs, or other requirements under applicable law, rules, or regulations.
